I did not realise that there was a specific ribbon for Throat Cancer but a rummage around the web I found one .

I find it so hard to think that one of the Cancers that can be completely cured if caught fast enough does not get so much in the lime-light, and yet in the 50s to 60s when smoking was widely advertised people were deemed as unusual if they did not smoke, ending up with in this century we are now getting the idea of what this awfull repercution from the past has done.
When will man ever learn? That goes for me as well as anybody else in this world, and it wasn't until I had cancer of the larynx made me aware of what this awful disease can do.
How many others out there have put it out of their mind until one said ' I didn't think this would happen to me.'"
